<p>The purpose of this code is to examine the rank of 3-D electrically large integral operators as a function of electrical size, and demonstrate the growth rate for a prescribed accuracy is linear instead of quadratic or even higher. The example given in the code is the case of two square plates of side length d vertically separated by a distance D, where d and D are user-input parameters.</p> <p>The result has been reported in the Appendix of the following journal paper:</p> <p>C.
