资源简介:
Students (N=265) completed a required ‘Self-Care Project’ for an upper division Psychopathology and Abnormal Psychology class in Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 delivered in a fully virtual, asynchronous format.Students were assigned a ‘Self-Care Project’ via Georgia State University's online education platform. The assignment was designed to support student well-being, a stated learning objective for the course. Students were instructed to develop a self-care goal and to use a mobile application (app) from a list of six to support progress on the self-care goal over the course of 3 weeks. Over the course of the 3-week project, students answered a standard set of open-ended questions about their self-care goals, app choice, overall project experience, and perspectives on self-care. This data set represents the answers of those students.
