IMPROVING THE METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF INTEGRATED PRODUCT QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

The rapid development of industrial production and increasing global competition require enterprises to adopt advanced approaches to product quality management. Traditional quality control systems often fail to ensure sustainable product competitiveness due to fragmented management practices and insufficient integration of production, monitoring, and strategic decision-making processes. Therefore, improving the methodological foundations of integrated product quality management has become an important scientific and practical task for industrial enterprises. This study aims to develop methodological approaches for improving integrated product quality management systems in industrial enterprises. The research examines the theoretical foundations of quality management and identifies the key factors influencing product quality within integrated management systems. Particular attention is given to the interaction between production processes, organizational management mechanisms, quality monitoring tools, and continuous improvement strategies.
