Long-term monitoring dataset of zooplankton compositions in tropical western Taiwan coastal water

The dataset (Taichi_zoo_com_94-24.csv) is originated from a 31-year continuous long-term monitoring program on the tropical coastal areas of western Taiwan quarterly from 1994, Feb. to 2024, Oct. This long-term monitoring data can provide a valuable foundation for assessing how effluent-driven pH decline and broader climatic changes influence zooplankton community composition.The SST.valid.csv is the sea surface temperature of neaby stations on the same sampling dates as the dataset from the NOAA Optimum Interpolation Sea Surface Temperature (OISST) database.
