Identification reliability for MALDI-TOF MS was used as provided by the manufacturer (log score 2.300 to 3.000—highly probable species identification, log score 2.000 to 2.299—secure genus identification and probable species identification, log score 1.7 to 1.999 –probable genus identification). All MALDI-TOF MS measurements were conducted in triplicates with EtOH-FA extraction method. API20E identification reliability levels were used as provided by the manufacturer. Data on isolated strains that were unidentifiable by both methods (44) are not included. (XLSX)
