Isolation and characterization of tumor cell-specific Alpaca VHH antibody for next generation therapeutics. Vicugna pacos

To develop a tumor cell-specific VHH antibody for next generation therapeutics, we constructed a phage display library from cDNA after immunization of an Alpaca with S1T, SBR3, and KYSE520 tumor cells. The phage library panning was done by cell flow cytometry against S1T, SBR3, and KYSE520 tumor cells and the DNA samples were applied to next-generation sequencing before and after panning to identify S1T, SBR3, and KYSE520 tumor cell-specific candidates from a pooled phage library.
