Epicardial Hypoxia - Myocardial thickness

Raw quantification of the thickness of the myocardium (fli1a:GFP endocardium to surface) and mcherry (dnGata4 labeled). Images are analysed in ImageJ using the measure function (see quantification methods file for step-by-step instructions).
