Data set of the natural risk prevention plan for the Aume and Couture, Charente.
Natural hazard prevention plans (NPPs) in Charente are drawn up for flood risk or land movement risk.
The PPR tool is part of the Law of 22 July 1987 on the organisation of civil security, the protection of the forest against fire and the prevention of major risks.
As decided by the Prefect, the preparation of a PPR falls within the competence of the State and contains three categories of information:
— regulatory zoning delimiting the geographical areas in which specific regulations impose requirements varying according to the level of hazard to which the area is exposed;
— the hazards at the origin of the risk;
— the issues identified during the development of the RPP.

—— 管制区划：划定特定地理区域，该区域内的专项管制要求将根据区域面临的灾害等级动态调整；
—— 风险源灾害：即引发该风险的灾害类型；
—— 编制RPP过程中识别出的相关问题。
