· Number: 9 Mice
· Groups: 5 LysCreGATA6fl/fl, 4 LysCre, all infarcted
· Experimental Conditions: Mice were given MI via LAD ligation. Animals were sacrificed at day 3 post-infarction. Pericardial tissue was collected and analyzed via qPCR.
