Natural Green Context and Mental Health Prevalence in Japan: A Prefecture-Level Panel Study With Spatial Epidemiological Diagnostics

This record contains version 2.0.0 of the reproducibility package for the manuscript “Natural Green Context and Mental Health Prevalence in Japan: A Prefecture-Level Panel Study With Spatial Epidemiological Diagnostics” (GeoHealth Manuscript ID 2026GH002089). The package supports verification of the prefecture-level panel analyses and spatial diagnostics reported in the revised manuscript. It includes the frozen 47-prefecture × 4-year analytical panel (188 observations), machine-readable two-way fixed effects results, final figure source data, verified Figure 5 prefecture-level cluster assignments, sensitivity-analysis outputs, residual-diagnostic records, final Supplementary Figures S1–S4, Supplementary Tables S1–S7, code used for figure rendering and selected analytical components, and provenance and audit documentation. The major-revision package preserves the final reported scientific results and documents known historical provenance limitations rather than silently replacing historical values. Later residual-diagnostic reconstruction is retained separately from the historical values reported in Supplementary Table S6, and provenance-uncertain legacy Local Moran fields are excluded from the verified Figure 5 assignment export. No frozen manuscript result was changed through these audit procedures. The package does not redistribute restricted or personally identifiable individual-level data. Data and documentation are released under CC BY 4.0, and code is released under the MIT License unless otherwise specified. Source datasets remain subject to the original providers’ access and reuse terms.
