Replication Data for the manuscript "Effect of Size on the Formation of Solid Solutions in Ag−Cu Nanoparticles"

This document contains the data generated and analysed for the abovementioned article. The data in the archive are grouped in folders as follows: EDX - Ag and Cu EDX maps along with HAADF STEM images of the ROI. EELS - thickness maps, which were calculated from electron energy loss spectral images. HAADF-STEM - electron microscopy images of the specimen. The images were acquired with high-angle annular dark-field detector in scanning transmission electron microscopy mode. TEM-Diffraction - Bright-field TEM images and selected-area electron diffraction patters of the specimens. The data are grouped in subfolders with the mass thickness of the Ag-Cu film specified in the name of the folder.
