INTEGRATIVE SOZIOTHERAPIE - zwischen Sozialarbeit, Agogik und Psychotherapie

Die Arbeit stellt das Konzept der Soziotherapie vor, wie sie im Rahmen des Integrativem Ansatzes als eigenständigen Weg psychosozialer Hilfeleistung entwickelt wurde, der zwischen Medizin und Sozialarbeit, Psychotherapie und Agogik (Bildungsarbeit) angesiedelt ist und eine biopsychosoziale Ausrichtung hat. Historische Hintergründe, gegenwärtige Entwicklungen werden aufgezeigt, insbesondere die Idee des Casemanagements und des Case Managers, in der Bedeutung leicht umakzentuiert als „optimierende Prozessbegleiter“ (u.a. um das verdinglichende „Fall“ zu vermeiden). Es wird die weniger verdinglichende Idee der „optimalen Prozessbegleitung und -förderung“ und des „Prozessbegleiters“ im konzeptuellen Rahmen des Integrativen Ansatzes vorgestellt. This article presents the concept of sociotherapy, developed within the Integrative Approach as an original “pathway of psychosocial help”, which is situated between medicine and social work, psychotherapy and agogics (educational practice) being rooted in a biopsychosocial approach. The historical and current developments are depicted, particularly the concepts of “Casemanagement” und “Case Manager” which is reaccentuated with a slight shift in meaning to “optimal process facilitator” (a.o. tho avoid the reifying word “case”).
