This series consists of volumes of outward correspondence created by Foster Sewerage Authority (VA 1979). Retention of copies of outward correspondence despatched from the office allowed for future reference. Correspondence in this series covers all functions of the Authority.South Gippsland Water Board (VA 2677) assumed responsibility for the functions and region covered by Foster Sewerage Authority in 1984. Correspondence relating to the functions and region of the Foster Sewerage Authority from the period of 1984 to 1994 may therefore be located within VPRS 14775 Outward Correspondence.
