Effects of Citrullus lanatus on the PDX1 gene expression in diabetic Wistar rats

This is a dataset from the study on PDX1 gene expression in diabetic Wistar rats. Citrullus lanatus (Watermelon) juice was used as experimental treatment in treating streptozotocin-induced diabetes. The dataset is inclusive of the measured parameters: relative PDX1 gene expression, fasting blood glucose, oxidative stress, lipid profile, insulin, and animals' body weight.
