资源简介:
Microorganisms, e.g. bacteria, algae and protozoa, are essential component in soil environment and play key roles in energy flows and several soil processes. Bacteria has been confirmed to directly participate the carbon and nitrogen cycling, nitrous oxide and methane emissions, symbiotic interaction with plants and plant disease. The aim of this study was to investigate the genetic diversity of microorganisms and their relationship with environmental factors, especially alkalinity and salinity gradient. Therefore the soil samples were collected from five sites with different salinity and alkalinity levels in coastal area and investigated by the microeukaryotic and prokaryotic rRNA gene DGGE as well as gene sequencing.
