During fruit cultivation, lead-containing pesticides are frequently applied, leaving lead residues in marketed fruits, which carries potential quality and food safety risks. This dataset enables safety evaluation of fruit lead residue levels, providing references and technical support for government regulatory work and consumer purchasing decisions. 1. Data Collection: Collect information including sampling areas, sampling locations, sample names, and packaging classification for fruit lead residue content surveys; 2. Fruit Lead Residue Content: Obtain relevant test results of fruit lead residue levels via laboratory detection; 3. Data Processing: Screen out non-compliant test results of fruit lead residue content for evaluating their edible safety. The non-compliance detection rate of fruit lead residues is calculated as: number of non-compliant lead residue test results / total number of conducted lead residue tests; 4. Data Application: The test results of non-compliant fruit lead residues can serve as a basis for edible safety assessment, providing technical support for regulatory authorities to implement targeted supervision.
