资源简介:
This dataset forms the basis for the findings presented in Reithmaier, G. M., Maher, D. T., Holloway, C., Correa, R. E., & Santos, I. R. (2024). Small wetland‐fringed estuaries deliver disproportionately large carbon loads to the ocean. Limnology and Oceanography. The dataset includes estuary name, season, date, latitude, longitude, salinity, pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), temperature, dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), dissolved organic carbon (DOC), total alkalinity (TA), and pCO2. Out of the 713 samples collected during the 37 surveys, 307 represent original data while the remaining were published in different contexts. Partially published datasets were used in earlier greenhouse gas and carbon cycle investigations in Johnstone, Constant, and Fitzroy (Rosentreter et al. 2018); Caboolture (Adiyanti et al. 2016); Coffs, Boambee, Bonville, and Pine (Looman et al. 2019); Korogoro (Sadat-Noori et al. 2016); and Yarra (Santos et al. 2012).Rosentreter, J.
