Reproducibility package for: Zero-shot external validation of a simulation-trained surrogate for building seismic response on an instrumented building

Prespecified analysis plan, judgment scripts and judgment outputs for a zero-shot external validation of a public simulation-trained seismic response surrogate (StruNet_TH) on the instrumented IES building in Taipei, including post hoc robustness analyses reported without changing the prespecified verdicts. Third-party inputs (the StruNet_TH repository and the IES building records) are not redistributed; see README.md and analysis_plan.md in the archive for how to obtain them and the run order.
