E0771 whole exom sequencing

E0771 is a metastasising mouse breast cancer cell line derived from C57BL6 mice, often used in studies searching for effective cancer therapies. Whole exome sequencing was done to search for potential neo-antigens relevant for in vivo studies. Sequence alignment of the resulting high-quality reads was done to the mouse reference genome (Ensembl build GRCm38), variants detected in the control (C57BL6 splenocytes) and the tumor line (E0771) were subtracted. Only variants with an allele frequency of >0.8 and moderate or high impact were kept. We identified 627 non-synonymous mutations in the E0771 cell line.
