Small cell lung cancer cell lines (NCI-H69, NCI-H1417, NCI-H841, DMS454, DMS114, and DMS53) were purchased from ATCC and cultured as recommended. Normal small airway epithelial cells (SAEC) were derived from 57-year-old Hispanic nonsmoker female (Lonza, Walkersville, MD, USA) and maintained as suggested. Induced pluripotent stem cells (Lu-iPSC) were generated from SAEC. Total RNA from SAEC, Lu-iPSC-6, Lu-iPSC-7, and 4 SCLC lines was isolated using the RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen #74104). RNA-seq was performed at the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research on Illumina platform.
