Day2_Session3 - Mini Xenium

Subset region of the 10X Human Lung Cancer FFPE dataset with multimodal segmentation. Items are kept as similar as possible to original data output formats. Only the images have been processed further by first converting from ome.tif to tif adn then spatially manipulating to map to be properly mapped with the other data. Full dataset spatial extent: -16.039, 12342.984, -3511.515, -294.455 (xmin, xmax, ymin, ymax) Subset region: 6000, 8000, -3000, -1400 (xmin, xmax, ymin, ymax) Created for the Xenium analysis section of the GIotto Suite Workshop 2024
