资源简介:
To understand the transcriptional changes that occur in sweet orange fruits in response to Penicillium invasion and to further investigate the mechanism of sweet orange response to green mold, we performed RNAseq sequencing analysis on sweet orange peels invaded by Penicillium. Overall design: An autoclaved punch was used to punch holes in the peel of the sweet orange, into which the spore suspension was injected as the treatment group, while the treatment injected with an equal amount of autoclaved distilled water was used as the control, with three replicates of each treatment. The inoculated fruits were incubated in ultra-clean bench for 7 days respectively, and peel samples were collected and stored in liquid nitrogen for transcriptome sequencing.
