This dataset comprises 1,000 polyp images and their corresponding ground truth masks. It was curated by expert gastroenterologists from real-world routine clinical examinations at Vestre Viken Health Trust (VV) of Norway. VV is a collaboration of four hospitals that provide healthcare services to 470,000 people. The resolutions of the images range from 332×487 to 1920×1072 pixels. Some images include a green thumbnail in the bottom-left corner, displaying location markers from Olympus' ScopeGuide.
