Transcriptomic analyses of dorsal spinal cord after peripheral inflammation. Rattus norvegicus strain:Sprague-Dawley

This is a transcriptomic time course experiment examining responses in the ipsilateral quadrant of the dorsal horn at 2 hours and 2 days after peripheral inflammation. Inflammation is administered by injection of carrageenan intraplantar in the rat. Sequencing was performed on the ipsilateral or contralateral dorsal quadrant of the rat spinal cord. Both male and female animals were examined in these experiments.
