This dataset contains characterization data for a series of synthetic receptors (R1–R4). It includes data from spectroscopic studies (UV-vis and fluorescence titrations) and studies of receptor-lipid interactions in model membrane systems (POPC and POPE/POPC liposomes). Additionally, the repository provides results of anion transport studies, including chloride transport assays and mechanistic assessments, as well as biological activity assessments such as minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), membrane integrity, depolarization, chloride influx, and hemolysis. Files are available in .txt and .xlsx formats.
