Self-harm among hospitalized adolescent girls: a prospective cohort study

In this observational study on non-suicidal self-injurious behavior (NSSI) in adolescent girls, data on the age and diagnostic characteristics of female patients in a specialized psychiatric hospital, as well as their socio-demographic, clinical and psychopathological features were collected and analyzed. A specially developed statistical map was used to collect information. The study covered the period from 09/01/2022 to 09/01/2024. This version presents the results of the analysis of differences between adolescents aged 12–14 and 15–17 years, as well as between groups formed on the basis of diagnostic categories (F00–F09, F30–F39, F40–F48, F70–F79 and F90–F98), which allows us to identify significant factors associated with NSSI.
