ErikVini/specz_compilation: Southern Hemisphere Spectrocopic Redshift Compilation

Catalogue created on 2024-06-20 (YYYY-MM-DD) Changelog: Rewrote VizieR and HEASARC queries from scratch. Now they recover more tables while also lowering the amount of unwanted information. Changed some catalogues present in the compilation. Introduced a new crossmatch with SIMBAD step: Now any objects without classification are crossmatched with the SIMBAD database. When there is a match the SIMBAD class is adopted and is denoted as (SIMBAD) in the class name. Some classifications contain (FULL) because the class is assigned to the entire catalogue (check the readme for more information).
