Investigation of the transcriptional and chromatin-accessibility effects of Eed knockout in the developing mouse stomach and intestinal mesenchyme using RNA-seq and ATAC-seq. ATAC-seq and RNA-seq from mesenchyme of E13.5 Stomach and Intestine in WT and EED-KO mice. N=2 replicates per condition/tissue/experiment.
本研究采用RNA测序(RNA-seq)与转座酶可及性测序(ATAC-seq),探究Eed基因敲除对发育中小鼠胃及肠间充质的转录组与染色质可及性的调控效应。本数据集涵盖野生型(Wild Type,缩写WT)与Eed基因敲除(Eed knockout,缩写EED-KO)小鼠胚胎发育第13.5天(E13.5)的胃与肠间充质样本的ATAC-seq与RNA-seq测序数据。每个实验条件、组织类型及实验均设置2次生物学重复。
