Noise mapping: Road Noise 24 Hours (LDEN)

Noise maps for the main roads. Environmental noise mapping according to the EU Ambient Noise Directive (Directive 2002/49/EC) or the Sixth Part “Noise Reduction Planning” in the Federal Immission Control Act. Calculation rule until the end of 2018: VBus, from 2019: BUB. The LDEN noise index is a measure of all-day noise pollution (24 hours). The calculated sound levels are grouped into level classes in 5 dB(A) grading. All major roads outside the metropolitan areas must be mapped, i.e. motorways, federal and state roads with a traffic volume of more than 3 million vehicles/year (equivalent to 8200 cars/day). Database: Traffic data of the road construction administration, partly supplemented by information from municipalities.

干线公路噪声地图。本数据集的环境噪声制图工作依据欧盟环境噪声指令（EU Ambient Noise Directive，指令2002/49/EC）或《联邦排放控制法》第六部分"降噪规划"开展。2018年底前采用VBus作为计算规则，2019年起切换为BUB计算规则。LDEN噪声指数（Day-evening-night Noise Index）是衡量全日（24小时）噪声污染水平的核心指标。计算得到的声级以5dB(A)为间隔划分为不同声级等级。都市区外的所有干线公路均需纳入制图范围，具体包括年车流量超过300万辆（折合每日8200辆小汽车）的高速公路、联邦公路及州级公路。本数据集的数据库来源于公路建设管理部门的交通数据，部分信息补充自各市政当局。
