本数据集基于城市内涝耦合模型产出数据,城市内涝耦合模型通过构建基于开源模型SWMM的精细化产汇流模型,结合降雨、产流、汇流及管网模型,模拟不同降雨条件下管网溢流与出口流量,在此基础上,引入顾及建筑结构的DEM修正方法,依据建筑离地高度调整高程数据,结合CA算法模拟积水扩散过程,精确计算积水范围、深度及建筑淹没情况,最终输出预测积水点名称、预测最大水深(cm)、面积(平方米)、经度、纬度等数据集。2025年杭州市上城区城市内涝预测数据集应用贯穿城市规划、实时预警与灾后评估全流程,能将内涝管理从依赖经验的“被动抢险”转变为基于数据的“主动防控”,是提升城市韧性、实现智慧防汛的核心技术支撑。
This dataset is generated from the urban waterlogging coupled model. The model constructs a refined runoff generation and concentration framework based on the open-source SWMM model, integrates rainfall, runoff generation, runoff concentration and pipe network models to simulate pipe network overflow and outlet flow under various rainfall conditions. On this basis, it adopts a DEM correction method that accounts for building structures, adjusts elevation data based on the height of buildings above the ground, and combines the CA algorithm to simulate the ponding diffusion process, accurately calculating the ponding scope, depth and building inundation conditions. Finally, it outputs datasets containing predicted waterlogging point names, predicted maximum water depth (cm), area (square meters), longitude and latitude, and other related information. The 2025 urban waterlogging prediction dataset for Shangcheng District, Hangzhou, is applied across the entire workflow of urban planning, real-time early warning and post-disaster assessment. It enables the transformation of waterlogging management from experience-reliant "passive rescue" to data-driven "active prevention and control", serving as a core technical support for enhancing urban resilience and realizing intelligent flood control.
