Triticum aestivum cultivar:Cellule Raw sequence reads

Supercritical CO2 garlic extract encapsulated in nano-scale liposomes composed of plant-derived lipids was tested as biostimulant agent. Using liposome formulation, the effectiveness of active agent was reinforced and foliar spraying of this material was performed on Triticum aestivum in greenhouse experiments. The mode of effect was examined in a large-scale genome wide transcriptional profiling experiment collecting samples at four time points after spraying as well as 0, 0.25, 24 and 48 hours.
