High density peptide array screening using the serum from dog infected with Acanthocheilonema reconditum.

Ol-MJA and Ol-PARA sequences were screened scanning the entire sequence using a 15mer peptide. The parameters included in the table are: the row and column number of the microarray plate, peptide sequence, signal intensity against A. reconditum dog serum diluted 1:250, standard deviation, deviation [%], corrected signal intensity against A. reconditum dog serum diluted 1:250. The table was generated from the formatted raw data and lists averaged spot intensities and spot-to-spot deviations. Spots with a deviation of >40% were zeroed in the column with the corrected intensity values. (XLSX)
