本数据库为 INOCA 无创心肌血流定量标准化数据库,采用 Excel 格式存储,涵盖多维度核心字段,全面记录患者相关信息: 1、基础信息 包含性别、住院号、电话、门诊号、MPI 日期、年龄等,用于唯一标识患者及记录检查时间。 2、病史与用药信息 病史:高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、吸烟史、冠心病家族史等,反映患者基础健康状况。 用药:阿司匹林、他汀、倍他乐克、钙阻滞、ACEI/ARB、硝酸盐等,记录患者用药情况。 3、实验室检查指标 包括 HDL(高密度脂蛋白)、LDL(低密度脂蛋白)、胆固醇、甘油三酯、GFR(肾小球滤过率)等,提供患者生化检验数据。 4、心脏结构与功能指标 心脏结构:主动脉内径、左房内径、舒张末期内径、收缩末期内径、室间隔厚度、后壁厚度等。 功能参数:LVEF(左心室射血分数)、DTI S 波、负荷 EF、静息 EF、PER(射血率)、PFR(充盈率)等。 5、心肌灌注与缺血相关指标 包含 SSS( summed stress score )、Ext(缺血范围)、TPD(总灌注缺损)、SRS(summed rest score)等,评估心肌灌注及缺血情况。
This is a standardized database for non-invasive myocardial blood flow quantification of INOCA, stored in Excel format, covering multi-dimensional core fields and comprehensively recording patient-related information: 1. Basic Information Includes gender, hospital admission number, telephone number, outpatient number, MPI date, age, etc., which are used to uniquely identify patients and record the examination time. 2. Medical History and Medication Information Medical history: hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, smoking history, family history of coronary heart disease, etc., reflecting the basic health status of patients. Medication: aspirin, statins, metoprolol, calcium channel blockers, ACEI/ARB, nitrates, etc., recording the medication status of patients. 3. Laboratory Examination Indicators Includes HDL (high-density lipoprotein), LDL (low-density lipoprotein), cholesterol, triglycerides, GFR (glomerular filtration rate), etc., providing biochemical test data of patients. 4. Cardiac Structure and Function Indicators Cardiac structure: aortic diameter, left atrial diameter, end-diastolic diameter, end-systolic diameter, interventricular septal thickness, posterior wall thickness, etc. Functional parameters: LVEF (left ventricular ejection fraction), DTI S wave, stress EF, rest EF, PER (peak ejection rate), PFR (peak filling rate), etc. 5. Myocardial Perfusion and Ischemia-related Indicators Includes SSS (summed stress score), Ext (ischemic extent), TPD (total perfusion defect), SRS (summed rest score), etc., which are used to evaluate myocardial perfusion and ischemia status.
