Supplementary dataset 2. Q matrix as used for input in association models is provided. STRUCTURE was used to calculate the Q matrix using an admixture model with independent allele frequency. After 100,000 burn-in and 100,000 iterations of K = 1 to 5 were completed three times, the best value of K was determined by using the method of Evanno et al. [16]. The combined Q matrix for the three replicates for K = 2 are provided. (XLSX 11 kb)
