This repository contains the dataset and R code for the study "Divergent phenological responses of soil microorganisms and plants to climate warming", along with a ReadMe file ('ReadMe.docx'). It includes the Raw Data files ('Respiration_Data.csv', 'Predictor_Data.csv') and R scripts ('data_process2.R' and 'Figure2.R'), which can be used to reproduce all results presented in the study.
