ddRAD-seq genotyping data for a segregating F2 family of the brown alga Saccharina latissima

This projet involved genetic analysis of a segregating F2 family of 189 Saccharina latissima sporophytes decended from two wild-harvested sporophytes: strain SLPER139 from Perharidy near Roscoff, north Finistère, Brittany, France (latitude 48.73087, longitude 4.004526, harvested January 2016) and strain SLSTG055 from Saint-Guenolé, south Finistère, Brittany, France (latitude 47.8, longitude -4.366666, harvested October 2015). The F1 hybrid sporophyte, which was selfed to produce the F2 family, was strain F1.27.2. Genotype data was generated for parental (F0) strain SLPER139, the F1 strain F1.27.2 and the F2 progeny using the double digest restriction-site associated DNA (ddRAD-seq) method with the enzymes MseI and PstI.
