RNA sequencing of immature seeds from WT and TSPO misexpression (transgenic) Camelina line

We developed transgenic Camelina sativa lines by expressing one of TSPO gene under control of Arabidopsis pFAE1 promoter. To test the global transcriptome, change during seed development upon expression of TSPO. The biological samples include immature seeds at age of 9, 18 and 27 Days after flowering (DAF). Control (WT) and transgenic (C-18 and C-20, T4 lines) plants were grown under controlled environment at Institutional phytotrons. The seed samples were collected as three biological replicates for each genotype(WT, C-18 and C20) and three seed developmental stages (9, 18 and 27 DAF).
