Effect of a Growth Factor-Rich Platelet Lysate Gel with or without Uncaria tomentosa Extract on a Rat Model of Postmenopausal Vaginal Atrophy

This repository contains the complete dataset used in the study evaluating the effects of platelet lysate (PL) and Uncaria tomentosa (UG) on vaginal epithelial regeneration in an ovariectomized rat model of postmenopausal vaginal atrophy. The dataset includes raw measurements, histopathological evaluations, morphometric analyses, biochemical determinations, and statistical analyses. All animal procedures were performed according to the protocols approved by the corresponding institutional ethics committees.
