资源简介:
Resveratrol (RES), a polyphenol found in plants and fruits, prevents cardiovascular disease through a variety of signaling pathways. RES plays a pleiotropic and atheroprotective role in the vascular system, and its mechanism is not fully understood. Transcriptome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis of RES-treated human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) suggest that differentially expressed mrnas may be new targets for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Overall design: Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were seeded in 0.2% gelatin-coated petri dishes the day before the experiment. The next day, cells were treated with DMSO or resveratrol (20µM) for 24 hours. After treatment, total RNA was isolated using the RNeasy kit. RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using the rRNA removal library construction protocol.
