Transcriptome analysis of dorsal root ganglion in rats with knee rheumatoid arthritis

To determine the LncRNA expression profile in dorsal root ganglia tissues of 7 days after rats received 150 μl of CFA (1 mg/ml Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Sigma, USA) through the patella tendon into the right knee joint. CFA injection rats macthed saline injection rats, we uesed LncRNA microArray analysis form Arraystar to examine the expression of LncRNAs and mRNAs in dorsal root ganglia tissues of 7 days after rats received CFA through the patella tendon into the right knee joint and matched Saline through the patella tendon into the right knee joint.为明确大鼠经髌腱向右侧膝关节注射150μl完全弗氏佐剂（Complete Freund's Adjuvant，CFA，含1mg/ml结核分枝杆菌，美国Sigma公司）7天后，其背根神经节组织中的长链非编码RNA（Long non-coding RNA，LncRNA）表达谱，本研究设置CFA注射组与生理盐水注射组作为匹配对照，并采用Arraystar公司的LncRNA芯片分析技术，检测两组大鼠经髌腱向右侧膝关节注射对应试剂（CFA或生理盐水）7天后，背根神经节组织内LncRNA与mRNA的表达水平。
