Recently, ORM1 was found to play an oncogenic role in in several cancers. Here we report gene expression profiles of HCT116 cells treated with ORM1 siRNA. This study reveals a novel role of ORM1 in downstream gene regulation and provides a new explanation of ORM1' s function in colorectal cancer. Overall design: RNA-seq after knockdown of ORM1 by siRNA in HCT116 cells.
