Donate Life Organ and Tissue Registry Enrollment by County Map: Latest Month

This map shows the percentage of the population 18 years of age or older enrolled in the New York State Donate Life Registry by county. The registry is a confidential database that records a person’s consent to organ/tissue donation upon death.
