This project aims to characterize the molecular foundations of plant growth promotion by diverse rhizobacterial isolates from cultivated crop rhizospheres. High quality sequenced reads using Illumina sequencing technology will be assembled, and annotated from multiple isolates, then comparative genomics and functional profiling will be done to identify genes and pathways associated with plant growth promotion, biocontrol activity and rhizospheric soil fertility enhancement.High-quality raw reads (SRA), assembled genomes (GenBank), and annotation files will be generated for each isolate and linked to rich BioSample metadata. Analyses will include contigs and genome property summaries, phylogenomic placement and prediction of secondary metabolite clusters. Results will support both basic and applied microbial researches, and datasets will be made public to enable reuse by the community.Raw sequence reads, genome assemblies, and annotation files will be deposited in the Sequence Read Archive (SRA) and GenBank and linked under BioProject.
