ASCEND Virtual Cell Simulation Dataset (v1.0)

This dataset includes the processed drug–cell perturbation data used to train and evaluate the ASCEND model. data.zip: Including data processed by all downstream applications of the project. tainData.zip: This includes source_data.h5ad and target_data_example.h5ad. You can replace target_data_example.h5ad with your own data, but please ensure it adheres to the same format. Additional Data: These are the embeddings and parameter settings required for training the ASCEND model.
