Data from: Quantifying Bioluminescent Light Intensity in Breaking Waves using Numerical Simulations

This collection contains the source code and the data for the related publication. Here, the data includes the velocity, the volume fraction, and the velocity gradient, all interpolated onto a uniform Cartesian grid from the raw data on the adaptive mesh. The source code includes the Basilisk code for simulating the breaking waves and a Julia code for simulating bioluminescence.
