Flash Eurobarometer 391 (Dual Circulation Period in Latvia)

Dealing with the euro during the dual circulation period in Latvia.<br>Topics: possession of euro banknotes and euro coins and kind of these euro banknotes and coins; possession of only Latvian euro coins, mostly Latvian euro coins, mostly other euro coins, only other euro coins or half and half; currency used for last cash payment; currency of received change for that transaction; kind of experienced problems during the dual circulation period when exchanging or withdrawing money in a bank: longer queues at counters/ATMs than usual, visited several branches to avoid long waiting lines, not enough euro cash available at bank counters, ATMs issued only lats cash, ATMs were out of order, the staff was not able to answer questions.
