M4 grapevine rootstock - water stress and high salinity. (Vitis vinifera x Vitis berlandieri) x Vitis berlandieri strain:M4

M4 grapevine rootstock was grown in well-watered, drought and salinity condition. For well-watered conditions, rootstocks were grown at 80% of field capacity during the whole experiment. Water-stress was applied for ten days in which field capacity was gradually reduced from 80% to 30% and plant materials were collected at five time points. For salt stress a constant concentration of 20mM NaCl was applied for twenty-one days and plant materials were collected at four time points.
