Grassland soil wet-up metagenomes and density fractionated metagenomes

This study aimed to identify growing microorganisms and active viruses following soil wet-up. All metagenomes were used for generation of metagenome assembled genomes, and fractionated metagenomes were also used to determine activity and growth using quantitative stable isotope probing with 18O-water.
