DNA Barcodes from the Global Genome Initiative for Gardens Program in Texas Targeted loci

This project is a GGI funded effort to collect and preserve genetic material from the plant Tree of Life that is not yet represented in any of the Global Genome Biodiversity Network's partner institutions. The barcodes included in this set are derived from samples obtained from the living collections at various botanical gardens, including Fort Worth BG, Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center, Mercer BG, Peckerwood Garden, and other miscellaneous areas in Texas.
