City-level GDP estimates for China under alternative pathways from 2020 to 2100-python code

This dataset provides comprehensive socioeconomic projections for 331 Chinese prefecture-level cities under 27 development scenarios spanning 2020-2100, featuring both tabular and geospatial data formats to support multidisciplinary research. The tabular component includes annual GDP projections (in million yuan at 2020 constant prices) and total factor productivity (TFP) estimates stored in standardized CSV files, while the geospatial data comprises city-level GDP distributions under representative pathways in shapefile format using WGS84 coordinate system (EPSG:4326). The dataset is complemented by processing code and raw input data in the "Python_Code" directory to ensure full reproducibility. This integrated data system, featuring machine-readable formats and standardized structure, enables diverse applications including regional economic modeling, climate-economy scenario analysis, and urban policy assessment.
